What You’ll DoYou’ll support all aspects of production by maintaining equipment, improving processes, and responding to issues as they arise.
Equipment Maintenance & Repair- Perform repairs and maintenance on machines, tools, and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Assist in developing and improving preventative maintenance (PM) schedules
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Support ongoing maintenance initiatives across all facilities
- Maintain inventory and organization of tools and supplies
- Assist with metal fabrication and repairs as needed
- Support facility upkeep, including lighting, snow removal, and general maintenance
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, manlifts, bobcats, and snowplows as needed
We’re seeking experienced technicians who are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Required- 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2–5 years of light electrical experience
- Valid driver’s license with ability to pass MVR check
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience operating forklifts, manlifts, or similar equipment
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical manuals
- Welding experience or certification (additional pay available)
- Familiarity with Lean or 5S manufacturing principles
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic production environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Hands‑on mindset with attention to detail
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
- Working indoors and outdoors in non‑temperature‑controlled environments
- Exposure to materials such as fiberglass, resin, and other industrial materials
- 4‑day work week with opportunities for overtime

Full Time
ScheduleMon-Thurs 6:00am-4:00pm, possible and probable overtime based on production schedule/needs.
CompensationOur starting rate for Maintenance Technicians with minimum skill sets range from $20-$24/hr in situations where the candidate comes in with skills that exceed what we are looking for, they have the opportunity to earn significantly more once those skills are confirmed.
