As a Maintenance Technician, your role goes far beyond repairs and routine work orders — you help create a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment where residents and team members can thrive. From preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to responding quickly when needs arise, you play a vital role in protecting the physical space that supports quality care. Your technical skill, reliability, and attention to detail ensure that our community remains welcoming, secure, and operating at its best every day.

In this role you will:

  • Respond to maintenance requests
  • Perform routine repairs
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Monitor building systems and ensure safety compliance
  • Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs
  • Document completed work orders accurately

Full-time, 1st Shift, Monday - Friday

Who you are:

  • Previous maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong customer service skills and professionalism
