Ciocca is seeking a Janitorial Area Supervisor for the Fort Wayne area on the 2nd shift. You will supervise janitorial staff, ensure cleanliness and safety, train new team members, manage attendance and performance, and coordinate coverage across buildings.
The role requires prior cleaning experience, willingness to travel between sites, and a valid driver's license. Pay ranges $18-$20 per hour with a $300 referral bonus; weekend availability is a plus; full-time hours from 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM
