Industry: Healthcare, Maintenance, Facilities Management

• Support daily maintenance and repair needs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility infrastructure
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance throughout the facility
• Respond to work orders and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
• Handle light carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and seasonal upkeep tasks
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and help coordinate third-party contractors as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a secure, comfortable environment for residents and staff

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building repair (healthcare facility experience is a plus)
• Solid understanding of basic building systems and safe work practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of facility issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically able to lift, bend, climb, and perform hands-on tasks throughout your shift
