Housekeeper (Full-Time, FWS, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM)

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. This full-time position follows a fixed work schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Change linens and make beds as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents and staff.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
