Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a clean and comfortable environment for others? Casa of Fort Wayne Health Campus is seeking an EVS Assistant/Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team.

In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming campus for our residents, visitors, and team members.

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, stairways, and elevators.
• Make resident beds and replace linens as scheduled or directed.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, disinfect, and spot-clean floors and carpets.
• Clean windows, mirrors, walls, baseboards, fixtures, furnishings, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and properly handle waste and biohazardous materials.
• Complete terminal and discharge cleaning in coordination with nursing staff.
• Clean isolation rooms following infection-control procedures.
• Restock housekeeping carts and properly store supplies and equipment.
• Use appropriate caution signs and follow all safety procedures.
• Help maintain an orderly, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout the campus.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when needed.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently and lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
