Position Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Review, approve, and properly code invoices.
• Assist Technician teams with parts ordering and inventory management.
• Manage and prioritize work orders within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), including assignments to internal Technicians and 3 rd party vendors.
• Maintain asset database within CMMS.
• Conduct open work order follow up with internal Technicians and 3 rd party vendors.
• Create presentations and reports as needed.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently.
