Day Cleaner - La Gran Plaza

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Cleaner to join our property management team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors. As a Day Cleaner, you will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, responding to customer needs, and ensuring our properties are clean and inviting.

Duties & Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across the office and common areas.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and meeting rooms.

Refill supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and disinfectant as needed.

Assist with spill clean-ups and maintenance of safe, clutter-free spaces.

Assist with the preparation and cleaning of vacant suites.

Work closely with other team members to maintain cleanliness during office events or high-traffic periods.

Education & Training High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus

On-the-job training will be provided

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision

Good communication skills for reporting issues or needs to supervisors

Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies as necessary
