Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Facility Maintenance

This role supports our entire brand portfolio, including our primary turnkey business, Architectural Fabrication , and our growing distribution channel, Alumination Architectural Products .

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment at Architectural Fabrication. This role involves performing routine cleaning and disinfecting tasks, managing supplies, and ensuring all facility areas, including the shop and offices, meet company standards for cleanliness and hygiene.

Perform general cleaning and upkeep of the facilities, including floors, windows, and doors.

Execute regular disinfecting procedures throughout assigned areas.

Empty trash, keep the shop clean, and ensure work areas are free of debris.

Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and materials needed for maintenance.

Strictly follow all safety procedures and properly use and wear required PPE.

Collaborate with the facility team to address maintenance needs as they arise.

Maintain a detailed work log of completed daily tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance preferred.

Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Must be physically able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb ladders, and bend or crawl into awkward spaces.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift.
