Work location
  • 6100 Harris Parkway Fort. Worth, TX 76132
Work hours
  • Monday through Friday, 3PM to 11:30PM, on-call rotation
  • This will require coverage for our Clearfork location as needed.

Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • 3 Years experience required in a commercial or industrial environment.
  • 1 Year experience in a healthcare environment highly preferred.
  • Knowledge with chilled water systems, pneumatic tube stations, computerized maintenance systems, HVAC, and general plumbing.
  • Knowledge of fire alarms, life safety systems and inspections of fire alarm devices.
  • Knowledge of emergency generators and related equipment.
  • Driver's License upon hire required.
  • Other Healthcare maintenance certification upon hire preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for hospital, hospital equipment, and hospital properties utilizing the computerized maintenance management system.
  • Perform the duties of skill trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and exterior maintenance as required.
  • Provide technical support and general guidance to facility staff in the repair and operation of facility equipment, components, utilities, and the like.
  • Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, education opportunities, and related training.
