A senior living community operator in Fort Worth is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to provide exceptional customer service and assist with maintenance operations. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, performing make readies, and supporting the Lead Maintenance Technician. Candidates must have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, EPA certification, and be comfortable with on-call rotations.
This is a temporary/full-time role with a focus on resident satisfaction.
