Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Maintenance Supervisor position located at the Texas A&M University School of Law, 1515 Commerce Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Other openings are available at additional locations within the school district. Online applications are accepted only.

Full‑time schedule;
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Additional details can be discussed during the interview process. Full and part‑time options are available to meet most scheduling needs.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.50 per hour.

Prior general maintenance and supervisory experience is required.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
