Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager for our client based in Grand Quevilly.

Your role is an important one: you ensure a clean, healthy and orderly environment for the occupants of the premises by managing the site's cleaning and maintenance teams. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.

- Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the premises
- Supervise permanent employees
- Guarantee and ensure the qualitative and quantitative objective
- Train new arrivals (cleaning methodology, establishment standards, use of equipment, good practices, recommended gestures and postures to limit RSI, service attitude...).) - Draw up employee schedules
- Check the state of cleaning in the establishment
- Ensure that the establishment's installations and equipment supplied by the company (vacuum cleaners, carts, etc.) are in good working order
- Ensure the cleanliness and condition of furniture, washrooms, etc.

- Report problems to the teams responsible for technical maintenance
- Check that services are carried out
- Ensure compliance with facility and Onet rules, instructions and procedures
- Act as the main point of contact for site management.

If you're motivated and hard-working, you'll already have what it takes to fill this position. A first experience in a similar position is welcome, but all profiles are considered.

A hands-on person, you are known for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated.

You are well-presented, able to organize yourself, keep to positions given by your superiors and be accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.

You are comfortable in the following areas:

- French comprehension for instructions and feedback

- Autonomy in the workplace

- Team management

- The ability to identify the products and materials required

- Compliance with health and safety rules

- Reporting to line management
