Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and products to lawns according to route, safety procedures, and label instructions.
• Drive a company truck on a daily route.
• Reply to customer requests for information via telephone, as well as in-person service calls.
• Complete applications in line with customer notes and specifications.
• Provide customers with quotes for additional services as needed.
• Provide potential customers with service quotes based on yard square footage and specific needs.
• Complete production reports, sales forms, and customer invoices daily.
• Communicate with management about any changes to applications throughout the day.

Qualifications:

• Requires valid, permanent drivers license and a clean driving record. This position requires a large amount of driving daily.
• Must be able to pass background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, drug screen and DOT Physical.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must not have any DWI's in the last 3 years.
• Must be 21 years of age or older by hiring date.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year + uncapped commission

Starting compensation is based on level of experience and overall competency.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
