Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform pest control surveillance in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI) outlined by the company or on the instructions of superiors for the company's interests
  • Communicate well with customers.
  • Handle customer complaints well, together with the service coordinator, supervisor, service manager, or with the branch manager.
  • Respond to customer complaints within 2 hours since the complaint is received and take corrective action within 24 hours from the agreed date.
