We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Facilities Maintenance Manager to ensure our coffee shops operate at their best every single day. What You’ll Be Doing- Managing our Maintenance Team
:
Directing & Mentoring our maintenance techs while fostering a safe, positive, and productive work environment. - Keeping Our Facilities Happy
:
Ensuring our facilities and equipment are running smoothly by conducting repairs, creating work orders, following maintenance schedules, and verifying completed work meets quality standards. - Staying Organized
:
Prioritizing and keeping track of work orders, new equipment, parts inventory, budget, and maintenance schedules. - Traveling to Our Locations
:
Conducting regular inspections to ensure facilities and equipment are meeting all standards. - Helping Open New Stores
:
Lead the maintenance team while installing equipment, prepping supplies, and assisting with special events. - Being Ready for Emergencies
:
Responding to urgent repairs when needed (both weekday and weekend emergencies).
- 4+ years of maintenance management experience in Food, Beverage, or Hospitality managing subordinates.
- Strong organizational & time management skills:
Ability to manage a team, work orders, and track vendor progress. - A willingness to learn:
Leveraging your existing skills and training on new types of equipment provided. - A valid driver’s license:
You’ll be driving a work vehicle when traveling between locations. - Flexibility & reliability:
Some early mornings and weekends will be part of the adventure. - High Energy and Positivity is a must! Our culture is an extremely important part of the job. Service channel and Asana experience is also a plus!
