As our next Street Sweeper, you’ll deliver essential services that help improve public safety and enhance environmental quality. You’ll take ownership of assigned routes, drive the street sweeper, and operate specialized equipment to keep streets clean and well‑maintained.

• Route Execution:
  Review routes in advance, ask clarifying questions as needed, and complete assigned work on time with attention to quality.
• Safety & Inspections:
  Complete required pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and operational before starting work.
• Equipment & Material Handling:
  Operate equipment safely and efficiently, follow traffic laws and site protocols, and handle materials according to disposal and safety procedures.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  Immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns and accurately complete required logs and paperwork.
• Professional Communication:
  Represent the Company professionally and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
• Adaptability & Reliability:
  Respond effectively to changing conditions, solve problems as they arise, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.

• Education:
  
  High School or GED
• Experience:
  
  1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling services experience preferred
• License:
  Driver’s License & DOT Medical Card
• Age:
  Must be at least 21 years of age
• Compliance:
  Maintain an acceptable driving record and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, and drug screening in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.

  Ability to follow safety procedures, conduct inspections, operate equipment responsibly, and comply with all traffic, site, and regulatory requirements.
• Operational Execution & Reliability:
  Ability to plan routes, complete work efficiently and accurately, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain consistent, dependable attendance.
• Communication & Issue Reporting:
  Effectively communicate with supervisors and teammates, represent the Company professionally, and promptly report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns.

• Work Environment & Exposure:
  Constant outdoor work with exposure to weather, traffic, and occasional loud noise and dust; limited exposure to chemicals.
• Physical Demands:
  Frequent sitting and walking/standing; occasional bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling; limited stair climbing; lift and carry up to 50 lbs at varying heights.
• Cognitive & Sensory Requirements:
  Continuous reading, screen use, mental focus, and hand‑eye coordination.
• Equipment & Tools:
  Operate specialized equipment such as a mechanical broom sweeper and use hand, foot, and fine motor controls.
• Safety & Protective Gear:
  Use appropriate PPE, including high‑visibility apparel, eye, ear, hand, foot, head, lung, and skin protection.
