As a Lead Housekeeper, you support daily housekeeping and laundry operations while serving as a working leader who ensures cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met throughout the community. What you'll do:

• Perform housekeeping in resident suites, common areas, and offices
• Support laundry operations including sorting, washing, folding, and distribution
• Monitor team performance to ensure quality standards are upheld
• Assist with training and onboarding housekeeping team members
• Order and manage cleaning supplies within budget guidelines
• Ensure chemicals and equipment are stored safely
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety protocols
• Support resident-centered service and respond to requests respectfully

You help create a clean, welcoming, and compliant environment for residents, families, and team members.

Pay Range: 15.05 - 18.90
