Experienced Floor Technician

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm

Nascence Group is seeking a reliable and Experienced Floor Technician to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.

• Spray buff all tiled areas to provide a nice shine to floors.
• Shampoo carpets to remove staining.

• Ability to lift, move, and store cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Physical capability to walk, stand, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance services preferred.
