Career Description
Columbia Residential is seeking an Experienced Professional Community Service Supervisor in the Fort. Worth, Texas Area.
Responsibilities- Coordinate service orders to include turnkey operations, move‑ins, and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders and property repairs; provide guidance to community management staff on maintenance‑related issues.
- Supervise, train, and mentor service technicians, grounds staff, and housekeepers.
- Resolve complex issues related to maintenance work orders.
- Assist in the completion of work orders; be hands‑on.
- Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Follow up on service requests to ensure the highest quality customer satisfaction.
- Perform various tasks related to maintenance operations.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:
5 years of multisite property management (Required) - Maintenance
Experience:
3 years (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Driver’s License (Required)
- HVAC Certification (Required)
