Columbia Residential is seeking an Experienced Professional Community Service Supervisor in the Fort. Worth, Texas Area.

• Coordinate service orders to include turnkey operations, move‑ins, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders and property repairs; provide guidance to community management staff on maintenance‑related issues.
• Supervise, train, and mentor service technicians, grounds staff, and housekeepers.
• Resolve complex issues related to maintenance work orders.
• Assist in the completion of work orders; be hands‑on.
• Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Follow up on service requests to ensure the highest quality customer satisfaction.
• Perform various tasks related to maintenance operations.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
