The Job DetailsWe are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with good work habits, an ability to minimize equipment downtime, and a commitment to operating the facility at maximum efficiency. You should work well with others, be self‑motivated, and perform the following duties:
- General housekeeping of all maintenance areas, including refrigeration systems
- Complete required paperwork and log tasks as requested
- Battery changing and maintenance
- Equipment inspections as requested
- General maintenance including painting, cleaning, and preventive maintenance inside and outside the facility

Education
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience
- Previous warehouse maintenance preferred but not required
- Knowledge of general hand and power tools
- Previous residential maintenance experience
- Background in preventive maintenance
- Bend and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with assistance
- Work in a temperature range from +50°F to
-30°F with moderate noise levels - Lift overhead when required
- Use computer and other devices for information access
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Handle objects, tools, or controls with hands
- Maintain attention to detail and effective communication
- Operate scanners, tablets, radios, phones, computers, and other essential warehouse equipment
- Availability for overtime due to demand
- Operate a registered motor vehicle as part of daily tasks
- Have acceptable and/or correctable vision
- Engage in frequent personal interaction and communication
- Possess strong arithmetic and reading skills
- Follow verbal and written instructions and company policies
- Be a self‑starter, able to work independently and coordinate with others
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage stress, and meet productivity guidelines
- Maintain a professional demeanor in appearance and communications at all times
- Participate in staff and/or customer meetings as required
- Take initiative to prevent non‑conformities related to product, process, and quality systems
- Identify and report any issues related to product, processes, and/or quality
- Propose and implement solutions through appropriate channels
- Ensure solutions are effectively implemented
- Follow posted security procedures at all times while in the building
- Participate in safety and educational training programs
