* Summary:

** The Dietary Utility Aide is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen and pot & pan area. Performs a variety of tasks to maintain the floors, walls, dish machine, dish room and equipment in the kitchen. Assists material handler as needed.

Education & Experience:

* High school diploma or GED.
* 1-2 years food service experience in an institutional or commercial setting preferred.
* Knowledge of use of chemical sanitizer.

Certification/Licensure:
* Must have City of Ft. Worth Food Handlers Card prior to employment.
* Card must be current at all times during employment.
