Housekeeper - Part Time

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Location: Bexley at Left Bank

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $16.50/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses

Bonus: Eligible for a $500 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing.

Hours per week: Part Time - 20 hours per week

Schedule – two options:

• Option #1:
  Monday‑Friday 12‑5pm
• Option #2: 2 full days and 1 half day during the week (between the hours of 8am‑5pm)

This is a permanent long term role, not temporary or seasonal.

  Communicates and collaborates well with maintenance and leasing teams; helps out when needed without hesitation.
• Positive Attitude & Pride in Work:
  Takes pride in maintaining the property and contributes to community appearance.
• Adaptable & Versatile:
  Willing to take on various responsibilities and support the maintenance team as needed.

Things Candidates Should Know Before Starting:

• You will get dirty:
  Tasks include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, the coffee station, vacant and model units, and completing freshens in model and vacant ready homes, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties.
• Repetition is part of the job:
  Many tasks (like cleaning the clubhouse) are daily, recurring responsibilities.
• This is a busy and physically demanding role:
  This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks. The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
