Considering the end of the fixed-term contract of the current agent, this offer aims to comply with the regulatory obligation of publicity. MISSIONS OF THE AGENT AND OBJECTIVES:

• Ensure the reception of waste, guide users to the appropriate containers, and verify the quality of sorting;
• Manage and monitor waste removal;
• Ensure site guarding and maintenance.

KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:

• Perfectly know the different categories of household waste and similar, their collection methods, and their treatment channels;
• Know and apply hygiene and safety instructions related to equipment, traffic, premises, handling, and waste. Refer scrupulously to the instructions of the hierarchy;
• Know the classification of hazardous waste and their storage conditions;
• Know the internal regulations of the waste facility and safety protocols. Know how to complete registers and dashboards;
• Know the environment of the community;
• Know cleaning and maintenance techniques;
• Know the biological, physiological, behavioral needs as well as the care of domestic pets, especially dogs and cats;
• Know basic written and oral communication techniques;
• Be in possession of a valid B driving license;
• Be a holder of a valid CACES certificate;
• Be in possession of a valid Heavy Vehicle Permit is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE TO BE AND QUALITIES:

• Have a sense of contact with the public, be polite and courteous. Respect users;
• Be reactive by anticipating the behaviors of other users. React quickly in the presence of a sudden event;
• Be punctual;
• Be able to work in a team and have good relationships with colleagues. Regularly exchange with the waste facility coordinator and the service manager;
• Take care of the equipment and equipment;
• Sensitivity to the animal cause.

• Risks related to vehicle traffic;
• Occasional replacements within the community kennel requiring aptitude for contact and handling of animals.
