The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within a corrugated manufacturing facility. This is a "Hands-On" role to ensures optimal equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and supports production efficiency through effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs. The Maintenance Manager leads a team of technicians and collaborates with production, safety, and quality teams to maintain a safe and high-performing operation.

Plan, direct, and coordinate all maintenance activities for corrugators, converting equipment, and facility systems

Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs

Ensure rapid response to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime

Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reporting systems (CMMS preferred)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment uptime and reliability

Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions

Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships

Oversee installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment

Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians and leads

Establish performance expectations and conduct evaluations

Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with OSHA and all safety regulations

Lead safety initiatives, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and PPE compliance

Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented

Maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory standards

Develop and manage maintenance budgets

Control maintenance costs while maintaining high equipment performance

Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to support operational goals

Participate in production planning to align maintenance schedules

Support capital projects and plant upgrades

High School Dipoloma;
Bachelors degree in Engineering highly desired.
5–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production facility, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong Electrical experience

Experience in corrugated, packaging, or heavy industrial manufacturing strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Experience with corrugators, die cutters, flexo folder gluers, and related equipment preferred

Proficiency with CMMS systems

Understanding of PLCs and automation systems

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software (CMMS).Strong communication and teamwork skills.
