The Role
We are seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee our growing fleet operations across Texas.
You’ll build and manage our fleet maintenance program while staying hands‑on in the field. Our fleet includes work trucks, utility vehicles, and heavy equipment supporting job sites throughout the state. If you enjoy building and running a program while also working with your hands across a wide range of vehicles and equipment, this role offers the opportunity to do both. Instead of being stuck at a desk or in one shop, you’ll work across active project sites where what you do directly affects how well the operation runs.
