Maintenance Custodian Associate

As a Maintenance Associate, you will ensure the parking lot, restrooms, and floors are well maintained. You will work on your feet all shift, adapt to changing tasks, and keep a positive attitude to provide a great first and last impression for members.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for members and associates.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of trash, cardboard, and plastic.
• Carry out maintenance tasks as needed and follow safety standards, including appropriate forklift spotting and hazardous material handling.
• Keep chemical supplies stocked and perform routine inspections of cleaning equipment.
• Provide a welcoming first impression and a positive attitude at all times.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, ladder use, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on member satisfaction.
• Ability to work an entire shift on your feet in a physically demanding setting.
