Pritchard Industries is seeking a highly motivated 2nd Shift Custodial Supervisor to lead the janitorial team on the second shift in a regulated facility environment. You will manage scheduling, provide training, ensure cleanroom and lab standards, and maintain safety and documentation per Alcon/FDA requirements.
This role focuses on supervising staff, enforcing GMP/GLP protocols, coordinating with R&D and QA, and maintaining cleanliness across clean rooms, labs, and offices on a 4:00 pm–11:00 pm
