In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical tasks, from maintenance to complex repairs, while ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of agency facilities. As a Property Services Technician, you will provide timely, customer-focused service that safeguards property value and supports a secure, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

High School Diploma/GED

Licensed maintenance skills or trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
D) Substitutions:
Candidates with fewer than 1 year of experience may qualify with the completion of vocational or technical training in general maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other building trades
