Electronic Technician II
The Electronic Technician II is responsible for setting up, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing production test systems and products to the system level. This role provides technical support and feedback to the production team while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities- Use, set up, configure, and calibrate test equipment such as soldering tools, oscilloscopes, and related devices.
- Troubleshoot and repair products down to the component level.
- Read and understand schematics.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure proper setup and calibration of products.
- Work with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to obtain New Product Information (NPI) and resolve design or testing issues.
- Understand and utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Train and implement processes within the assigned department.
- Perform work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalency and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Prior experience with WMS preferred.
- Familiarity with PC hardware configuration, including Windows OS and LAN setup.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service driven.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Ability to read, write, and interpret information
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift
- Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions
- Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment
- Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds
