The Hiley Family of dealerships is a locally owned family business that has sold more than 300,000 vehicles. Randy Hiley moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 1967 to work for his uncle, Dub Shaw, a Fort Worth Ford Dealer. He worked there for several years and then went to work for local competition Charlie Hillard, where he worked for fourteen years, later becoming vice-president over seven franchises.
Job DescriptionHiley Auto Group is seeking a Service Manager. We are expanding and need top talent to build out our management team! You willbe joining a dealership with a talented team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation. Expected compensation $120,000 to $150,000 per year with our pay plans.
REQUIREMENTSPrevious automotive service management experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Work hands on with Service Advisors to assist customers.
- Manage shop work flow for technician efficiency.
- Manage Fixed Right the First Time program, including road testing completed vehicles.
- Report to executive management on forecast results, effective labor rate, and growth opportunities.
- Foster relationships with other departments to coordinate parts needs, and sales inventory reconditioning.
- Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
- Complete training for certification as assigned by management.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
