Responsibilities- Manage procurement processes for aviation parts, accessories, and equipment, ensuring timely sourcing and availability of materials.
- Oversee inventory control using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and ERP systems to track parts, supplies, and maintenance schedules.
- Facilitate warehouse management activities including shipping & receiving, storage organization, and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support demand planning by analyzing usage trends and forecasting future parts needs to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams on part sourcing strategies, order management system updates, and equipment repair scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of aviation, specifically parts/administration
- Attention to detail and organization are a must
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management, inventory control, shipping & receiving processes.
- Familiarity with CMMS software, ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms for data entry and maintenance tracking.
- Ability to perform detailed data entry accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer service orientation with effective communication skills for liaising with vendors, internal teams, and external partners.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
