Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a stable day-shift position with a growing manufacturing operation?

We're seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to support the reliability and performance of a busy production facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation where you'll play a key role in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently while working a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, conveyors, valves, mixers, and other production equipment.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with facility maintenance, including HVAC systems, utilities, and general building repairs.
• Complete maintenance documentation and support spare parts inventory management.
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and industrial equipment.
• Experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
