Salary Range: $23.00 – $25.00 Hourly

• Execute preventive maintenance and routine engineering checks in all mechanical and boiler rooms; maintain logs, work orders, and other required documentation, including Real Page Facilities software.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and refresh apartment units as needed.
• Perform unit inspections to ensure building/unit integrity, safety, and compliance with inspection mandates.
• Carry out routine engineering checks in all mechanical and boiler rooms.
• Document time in/time out or other tracking system functions on all work orders.
• Perform grounds maintenance duties, such as mowing, weeding, snow and ice removal.
• Be available to respond when assigned to evening, weekend, and holiday emergency coverage for emergency mechanical/technical services (rotating with other team members).

• Two years of hands‑on experience with post‑secondary technical training preferred.
• Knowledge of building trades, mechanics, and building maintenance.
• Skilled in the use of mobile devices, computers, and computerized systems.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license required.
• Must be able to operate hand and power tools safely.

• Frequent standing and walking.
• Ability to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate a Bobcat.
• Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions.
