Oak Terrace Condominium - Framingham, MA
Job Type: Part-time
DescriptionHands-on Site Staff Manager responsible for maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of Oak Terrace Condominium buildings, common areas, and amenities including pool and fitness center.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting)
- Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly
- Conduct regular property inspections and address issues proactively
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors
- Maintain pool, fitness center, and common areas
- Manage building access systems, keys, and door codes
- Maintain maintenance records and work order documentation
- Available for emergency response and after-hours calls
Monday through Friday, weekends as needed. On-call availability required.
Requirements- 3-5 years property maintenance or facilities management experience
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver s license
- Ability to work on ladders
- CPO certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
