Automotive Quality Associate

Overview

We’re hiring for entry‑level automotive roles at Carvana – the fastest‑growing used‑automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.

• Detailer: detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
• Lot Attendant: move vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers.
• Photobooth Associate: take photos of our vehicles so customers can see them in our spinners.
• Inspection Associate: inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicles and accurately identify any imperfections/defects.

• Pay range: $20–$21 hourly (based on level of experience).
• Starting pay: $20/hour.
• Schedule:
  
  first shift Monday‑Friday 6am–3pm; all locations may have mandatory overtime based on business needs.
• Location:
  
  63 Western Ave, Framingham, MA 01702.

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may require a motor‑vehicle records check.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment and tolerate weather extremes (heat/cold).
• Use of safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.

First shift Monday‑Friday 6am–3pm. All locations subject to mandatory overtime based on business needs.
