Star Building Services, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Janitorial Technician to join our team at the Fruttie Pass Building in Framingham, MA
.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

• Perform daily janitorial and custodial duties.
• Clean restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and empty trash.
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
