Maintenance Technician

St. Patrick's Manor, a Catholic, not-for-profit senior care community in Framingham, MA, seeks a Maintenance Technician to support a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff. In this on-site role, you'll perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and facility equipment, and respond to work orders in a timely, courteous manner. Working in a collaborative, faith-based setting, you'll help ensure regulatory and safety standards are met while supporting our mission of compassionate, resident-centered care.
