Return Pro is seeking a team-oriented, driven, and energetic Maintenance & Custodial Team Lead. The department oversees facility repairs and cleanliness.

• Maintenance ensures equipment and machinery operate efficiently through regular preventative maintenance and heavy-duty cleaning.
• Custodial maintains cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms, offices, and breakrooms, including spill cleanup.

The Lead will oversee and assist maintenance and custodial staff with daily tasks.

• Train staff on repair, maintenance, and housekeeping routines.
• Communicate goals and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with daily operations and replenish supplies.
• Maintain equipment and safety devices, and keep records.
• Perform cleaning tasks and organize storage areas.
• Report unsafe conditions or repairs needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
• Experience with power tools, safety standards, and forklift operation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs, work weekends/overtime, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team of approximately 5 people.
• Certification in forklift operation required.
