- 2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor (multifamily preferred)
- EPA Certification REQUIRED (Type II or Universal)
- Strong HVAC experience (this is critical)
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and repairs
- Leadership experience (you can run a team, not just work solo)
- Reliable transportation + tools
- Multisite experience
- Pool experience / CPO
- Renovation or Cap Ex project exposure
