Facilities Technician

AE is seeking a reliable, self‑motivated Facilities Technician to maintain the cleanliness, upkeep, and general appearance of our buildings and grounds. This role will split time between our Frankfort and Richmond, Kentucky facilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping every location looking its best.

• Perform routine janitorial and cleaning duties throughout our facilities
• Handle minor maintenance and repair tasks as needed
• Assist with preventative maintenance to keep equipment and facilities in good working order
• Maintain grounds including mowing, weed eating, and seasonal upkeep
• Perform ice and snow removal during winter months

• Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or groundskeeping preferred
• Basic handyman skills and comfort with common tools
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
• High school diploma or GED preferred
