Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at a private residential school serving students with special needs.

As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where our students can thrive. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Clean and sanitize residential areas, bathrooms, offices, classrooms and common spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and empty trash.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues.
• Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures.
• Work respectfully with staff and around students while maintaining confidentiality.

• Monday-Friday daytime schedule 6:30 a.m.

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks.
• Must successfully pass background checks.
• Must provide strong, verifiable professional and character references.
