Maintenance Supervisor

Sazerac Company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production and packaging equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, safety, and product quality. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, managing work orders in a CMMS, coordinating vendors, and driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll partner closely with production and engineering teams to support growth, champion safety, and foster a culture of accountability and performance on the plant floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule maintenance technicians to support production uptime and safety goals.
• Plan, prioritize, and track preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS software.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on production and packaging equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and company maintenance standards and procedures.
• Coordinate external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
• Maintain critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Analyze equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to support line changeovers and improvements.
• Train and coach maintenance staff on best practices, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Report maintenance KPIs, downtime trends, and improvement initiatives to plant leadership.
