Position: Daytime Commercial Cleaner — Growth & Benefits

Ram Clean is seeking a motivated full-time team member to provide cleaning and facility support services at a commercial property. This daytime position is ideal for individuals who take pride in keeping workplaces clean, organized, and operating smoothly.

Location: Frankfort, KY, 40601

Schedule

Work Days: Monday
- Friday

Shift Time: 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM



Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the facility by performing duties such as:

• Removing litter and maintaining tidy common areas
• Keeping entrances, corridors, office spaces, and restrooms clean and presentable
• Sanitizing high-touch surfaces, including desks, tables, counters, and workstations
• Vacuuming carpeted sections of the building
• Sweeping and mopping tile, concrete, and other hard-surface floors
• Collecting waste and replacing trash liners
• Checking inventory levels and replenishing paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies
• Reporting maintenance or cleaning concerns when identified
• Supporting the overall appearance and upkeep of the facility throughout the day

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Prior janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience is beneficial but not required

Pay & Incentives

• Starting wage: $15.00 per hour
• Premium pay available for experience with floor restoration services, including stripping and waxing
• Additional compensation available for candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish
