Staff Accountant - Account Receivable

STAFF ACCOUNTANT - AR

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in OEM and point-of-purchase merchandising solutions, is seeking an STAFF ACCOUNTANT - AR to manage customer collections, credit processes, and support inventory and work-order costing.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure accurate AR reporting, strong cash collections, and reliable inventory valuation.

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant-AR:

• Manage AR aging, collections, and credit administration
• Process payments, reconcile accounts, and prepare AR reports
• Support inventory reconciliations, costing reviews, and month-end close activities

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant-AR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of AR, credit/collections, and general accounting experience
• Manufacturing and ERP experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
