We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team.

As an Office Assistant at BH Garage Door, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for dispatching jobs to our technicians, assisting with invoicing and billing, and providing administrative support to keep our office organized and efficient. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting a team dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Looking for someone to work full time Monday-Friday 08:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
  • Use a computer and Google Sheets to track parts, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain detailed logs for company truck maintenance schedules.
  • Assist technicians with stocking trucks and preparing parts for upcoming jobs.
  • Operate a forklift to move, load, and organize inventory (experience preferred).
  • Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver parts and materials to technicians in the field when required.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
