Overnight Office Clerk
An Industrial Baker in Franklin Park, IL is currently seeking a full-time Overnight Office Clerk. We are a privately owned industrial baker providing high quality products to a local area network. We are looking for an Office Clerk that can perform a variety of tasks according to a weekly schedule, requiring knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures and may include a combination of job functions.
Responsibilities- Assisting Transportation Manager
- Answering Phone and Emails
- Customer Service
- General Data Entry
- Filing
- Scanning
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment
- Able to work independently
- Type 30-50 wpm
- Data Entry
- Experience using Microsoft Office products - Word and Excel
- Professional Demeanor
- Bilingual-Spanish a Plus
- Overnight Position (5 days- 2am to 10am)
- Wages $16.00
- Based on Experience - Small company environment
