Customer Service Representative

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Develop in-depth product knowledge to identify customer needs and deliver effective, personalized solutions
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to build & maintain strong, positive relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and ensure a seamless service experience
• Accurately process customer orders, inquiries, and requests in a collaborative, quick-response environment
• Handle business transactions, including processing returns, credits, and authorizations
• Coordinate with shipping, purchasing, and accounting departments to resolve issues and fulfill customer requests efficiently

• Ability to multi-task and exercise independent judgment
• Ability to manage conflict
• Detailed, professional, and strong communication skills
• Microsoft Office

• Primarily office-based with moderate noise levels & prolonged computer use
• Office located in Franklin Park
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
