Now Hiring – Dispatcher Precision Today is a trusted home service provider serving Franklin Park homeowners with dependable plumbing, HVAC, drain, sewer and electrical solutions. Our team is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality service that keeps home systems running smoothly and customers comfortable year-round. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dispatcher to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating field technicians across HVAC, plumbing, drain, and electrical service calls.

You will play a key role in scheduling, routing, and supporting technicians to ensure timely, efficient service delivery while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and communication.

What You Will Do:

• Dispatch and coordinate technicians to service calls
• Schedule and prioritize daily work orders based on urgency, location, and technician availability
• Monitor job progress and provide real-time support to field technicians
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment windows, updates, and delays
• Handle inbound service requests and emergency calls efficiently and professionally
• Ensure accurate documentation of dispatch activities and job notes in the system
• Collaborate with service managers to optimize routing and workflow efficiency

What You Will Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination (trades industry experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with scheduling/dispatch software or CRM systems
• Flexible availability based on scheduling needs
• Valid Driver's License (preferred, not required depending on role setup)
• Must successfully complete screening process including assessments, interviews, background check, and drug screen

Schedule:

Option 1:
Friday–Monday, four 10-hour shifts (Ability to WFH Saturday & Sunday) Option 2:
Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.

- 8:00 p.m.
