At Ferrero, the Operations Finance Analyst NAM plays a key supporting role within the Finance – Industrial Controlling function, contributing to the monitoring and analysis of industrial performance across manufacturing sites. In this role, you will support the Industrial Controller in budgeting, reporting, cost analysis, and performance monitoring activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the Area.

The Finance – Industrial Controlling function ensures transparency and reliability of financial data related to manufacturing operations, supporting planning cycles, performance analysis, and investment monitoring. It enables informed decision-making through standardized reporting and close collaboration with Operations and Finance teams.

Reporting to the NAM Operations Controller, you will support day-to-day controlling activities, including budget preparation, cost analysis, CAPEX monitoring, and monthly reporting, while contributing to regional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
* 4 to 7 years of experience in controlling, finance, audit, or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Good understanding of cost accounting and financial analysis.
* Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
* Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a structured and dynamic environment.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this  addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
